Patricia Joan Parker

Patricia Joan Parker, 93, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away August 28, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Louis and Dorothy Gillespie.

Pat is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Megan Anne Powell and sister, Beverly Anne Cope. She is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Dale Parker; daughters, Dale Anne McClellan (Paul Black) and Dana Parker; grandchildren, Ginny Elizabeth Burchard (Adam), Parker McClellan, Kaki McClellan Keech (Robert), and Lillian Joan Powell, 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn “Cissy” Skarda (Bob); brothers, Joe Gillespie and Jim Gillespie; and a host of family and friends.

Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an active member of St. James United Methodist where she was a member of the Agape Sunday School Class.

After they retired, Pat and Dale traveled around the world. They went on 34 cruises and enjoyed all of their time together. Their last cruise was to celebrate Pat’s 80th birthday with their two daughters.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home (8801 Knoedl Court). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. James United Methodist Church.
