Patricia Ann Stephens, a beloved registered nurse and a cherished member of her community, has passed away at the age of 72 on October 17, 2023. Born on July 29th, 1951, in Long Island, New York, Patricia leaves behind a legacy of compassion and joy that will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Patricia's career as a nurse spanned many years, during which she dedicated herself to providing comfort and care to countless patients. Her dedication and expertise were invaluable traits that earned her the respect and admiration of both her colleagues and patients alike.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Patricia had a deep love for the ocean. It was one of her favorite places to spend time at. She enjoyed embarking on family cruises, creating treasured memories with loved ones while basking in the beauty of the sea. These moments of togetherness were cherished by all who shared them.

An adventurous spirit dwelled within Patricia as she also found joy in gambling and trying her luck on the slot machines. Whether it was the thrill or the possibility of winning, these experiences allowed her to embrace life with enthusiasm and add a touch of excitement to every day.

Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lyle Clarence Stephens Jr., as well as her parents Harry and Florence Cole, and her in-laws Lyle Clarence Stephens Sr. and Joan Stephens. She also joined her brothers Edward Cole and Harry Cole, who awaited their reunion in heaven.

She is survived by her son Paul Stephens and wife Janice of Colorado; daughter Sandra Ragan and husband Billy of Bauxite, Arkansas; grandchildren Brittney Stephens, Christopher Revas, Codye Lynn Revas, Katelyn Kent and fiancé Troy Mullis, and Joe Kent; great-grandchildren Emilia Grace and Anastasia Faith; sisters Theresa Nelson and husband David of Hampshire, Illinois; Cathy Barnes of Marion, Arkansas; brothers Michael Cole and wife Renee of South Haven, Mississippi; Charles Cole of Forrest City, Arkansas; brother-in-law Jeff Stephens of Carpentersville, Illinois. She is also mourned by a host of nieces, nephews, family members, and friends who were touched by her warmheartedness and will forever cherish their memories with Patricia.

Patricia Ann Stephens will be remembered as a compassionate caregiver, a devoted mother and grandmother, and a friend who could bring joy to any room she entered. Her legacy is one of love, kindness, and an unwavering zest for life. As we bid her farewell, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all those fortunate enough to have known her. May she find eternal peace in the embrace of her heavenly resting place.
