Patrick Phillip Buffington, 75, of Benton, Arkansas passed away June 23, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born October 3, 1941 in Bauxite, Arkansas to the late Harley and Lula Mae Ritz Buffington.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wilford Buffington and Amuel Buffington; and sisters, Norma Grant, Hazel Hodge, and Marion McCool.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Joyce Buffington of Benton, Arkansas; daughters, Phyllis Ventress and husband John of Sheridan, Arkansas, and Christie Jones and fiancé Steve Staggs of Benton, Arkansas; son, Alan Buffington and wife Lisa of Benton, Arkansas; grandchildren, Charidy Krouse and husband Mark, Steven Germscheid and wife Ashley, Stefany Germscheid, Taylor Buffington, Bailey Buffington, Kenzie Buffington, and Cody Jones and wife Stacy; great-grandchildren, Ethan Bean, Zach Krouse, Taylon Henderson, and Chevy Ellingston; brother, Larry Buffington; sisters, Frances Criswell and Darlene Walters; "grand-cat" Jazzy; and a host of family and friends who love Patrick and will miss him always.
Private graveside service will be held at Summit Cemetery.
