Patrick Lynn McDermott, 68, of Beebe was born, November 4,1957, to B.L. (Mac) and Clara Gallandar McDermott. He went to his final resting place June 5, 2026.

He was proceeded in death by his parents and his wife Dixie.

Pat is survived by his life partner Phyllis Dawson of the home; two brothers Mike (Debbie) of Jacksonville and James (Annette) of Missouri; two stepsons Brent (Gina) Hallmark of Jonesboro and Scott Hallmark of Little Rock; two grandchildren Addy and Hayden Hallmark. Pat also leaves behind a host of lifetime friends.

Pat was a social butterfly, some would say. He never met a stranger. He was a wonderful son, brother and friend. Pat took care of his mother for several years until her passing. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He loved outdoors whether it was mowing, planting bushes or just sitting swinging on the back porch. In the springtime you might catch him at the lake camping and fishing. Pat was a competitive pool player. He loved all types of sports, especially the Razorbacks.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 10th from 6:00-8:00 p.m., in the Chapel at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W Dewitt Henry, Beebe.
