Patsy Feemster

Patsy Feemster, age 69, of Glenwood, died Saturday, March 9, 2013. She was born on July 23, 1943 at Newhope, the daughter of Almer Flemens and Leona Greenhaw Flemens. On September 14, 1962, she was married to Don Feemster, who preceded her in death on June 26, 2008. She was also preceded in death by her son, Mike Feemster. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Free Will Baptist Church. She is survived by two children and their spouses, Gina and James Dixon of Glenwood and Scott and Shelly Feemster of Umpire; seven grandchildren, Shane Feemster, Courtney Hicks, Justin Fox, Heather Vaughn, Jamie Caple, Sidney Feemster and Mikala Feemster; eight great-grandchildren, Caleb, Kaid, Presley, Grant, Drew, Kate, Zack and Bentley; her sister, Glenda Young of Salem; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 12, 2013, in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Bro. Brian Hill and Bro. Scott Kitchens officiating. Visitation is Monday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
