Patsy Ruth Garrett Scruggs, born July 7, 1930 to Fred and Florence Garrett, died October 26, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas Scruggs, parents and one sister Betty Garrett.
Survivors are Judy (Fred) Cromwell, William (Gale) Scruggs, Calvin (Judy) Scruggs, James (Shelby) Scruggs, Ernest Scruggs, Joe (Sharon) Scruggs, Robert (Kris) Scruggs, Step son Douglas (Linda) Scruggs; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and beloved Rhonda Clendening and Kristy Jane.
Graveside services will be led by Reverend George Yarberry at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Ivy Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be William Scruggs Jr., Michael Scruggs, Brad Scruggs, David Bearden, C .J. Hodges, and Bryan Harton. Honorary Pallbearers are Bob (Eloise) Worlow (self-adopted son), Bobby Dunlap and James Harton.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 29, 2012 at Huson Funeral Home in Little Rock.
