Paul Edward Lewis, 79, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away February 2, 2017. He was born January 16, 1938 in Vian, Oklahoma to the late William Edward and Elsie Mae (Cook) Lewis. Paul served many years as an educator and impacted many young people's lives.
