Pedro Manuel Ortega, 79, of Little Rock, passed away July 13, 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Iris Merallo Ortega; daughter, Iris Palencia and husband, Alex; son, Frank Ortega and wife, Robin of Bryant; brothers, Thomas Ortega and Jose Ortega, both of Cuba; and two grandchildren, Alice Palencia and Alexander Palencia. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 16 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. Services will be Friday, July 17 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
