Peggy Ann Smith, 68, of Sherwood, passed away on February 27, 2012. She was born on December 04, 1943 in Dallas, TX, the daughter of James D and Charlotte Chambliss Smith.
Ms. Smith was a member of Levy Baptist Church and a member of Arkansas Records Management Association. She retired from Alltel after 30 years of service. She is survived by one son, Dana Jackson and wife Susan of Sherwood.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Levy Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Levy Baptist Church.
