Penny May DeBottis Smithers
Penny May DeBottis Smithers of Little Rock, AR, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2025. She was born on November 1, 1953 in Rochester, NY to the late James and Ruth DeBottis.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Martin Edward Smithers, Sr. She is survived by her sons, Chad (Cindi) and Martin Jr. of AR; sisters, Susan DeBottis of Newark, NY, Cindy DeBottis (Kirby), and Lori Sharkey (Bob) of Oswego, NY; brothers, Jamie DeBottis (Sharon) of Bergen, NY, William DeBottis (Ann) of Childlike, NY, and Steven DeBottis (Emily) of Marietta, PA; along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Smith Little Rock Funeral Home.
