Phillip Lynn Chapman, 66, of Hensley, AR passed away June 20, 2026. He was born February 1, 1960 to Earline Chapman (Lewis) and Carl Chapman. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents; and his two sisters, Connie Null and Deborah Weatherford.

Phillip is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Deborah Lee Chapman; his daughter, Kelly Canizaro (Scot); grandchildren, Kasey and Jackson Canizaro; his brother, John Chapman; his two aunts, Kay Seay (Bob) and Theresa  Marsh (Dennis); his nieces, Christina, Jennifer, Karen, Greta, Becky, Rachel, and Bridget; his nephews, Chris and Andrew; two great-nieces and five great-nephews.

Phillip spent his working years as a mechanic, retiring from Forest Height Service Center where he made many life long friends. He was an avid hunter and an active member of Grant County Sportsman Club, where his presence will be truly missed.

Phillip loved life in the country, mowing grass, and watching Westerns on TV. He had a soft spot for animals and provide a forever home for many dogs and cats over his lifetime. Phillip leaves behind his two horses and all of his beloved cats at home.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00–7:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.
