Phyllis Catherine Lacefield

Phyllis Catherine Lacefield, age 75, of Dierks, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023.

She was born on May 21, 1947, in Newhope, the daughter of Loy Dean Mack and Ima Jean Whisenhunt Mack.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Phyllis had a passion for reading and enjoyed cooking.   Phyllis was so proud of her grandchildren, and truly loved Eric and Brooke with all her heart.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lacefield of De Queen; her son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Billie Lacefield of Blevins; her two grandchildren, Eric Lacefield and Brooke Lacefield, both of Blevins; her brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Trish Mack of Kirby; her four sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda White of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Sharron and Jimmy Robertson of Glenwood, Penney and Scotty Westbrook of Athens and Hope and Sid Howard of Owensville; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 29, 2023, in the Mount Joy Cemetery, Daisy with Bro. Raymond Dees officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be the nurses and staff of the Dierks Health and Rehab.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home, Glenwood, 209 North Third Street, Glenwood, Arkansas 71943.
