Phyllis Overturf

Phyllis R. Overturf, 84, of Little Rock passed away March 24, 2020.  She was born August 26, 1935 in Woodville, West Virginia to the late Robert and Raymel Breedlove.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Earman and husbands, Adrian Chandler and Leonard Overturf. Survivors include sons:  Robert and Greg; grandchildren: Kenly, Payton, Briana and Scarlett; great-grandson, Sebastian; and a sister, Sharon Breedlove.  Phyllis will be remembered as a mom to two sons and a mother to any child who entered her home.  Memorial service will be private.  Online guestbook at www.SmithFamilyCares.com
