R C Flenor

R C Flenor, age 82, of Athens, died Tuesday, January 8, 2013. He was born on August 17, 1930 at Athens, the son of Rufus Flenor and Opal Pate Flenor. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Dare Flenor; and his sister, Helen Jamison. A United States Army veteran, he was a retired poultry farmer. He is survived by four siblings, Sybil Faulkner of Umpire, James Flenor of Van Buren, Jhonia Kirkpatrick of Athens and Terry Flenor of Beebe; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 11, 2013 in the Athens Cemetery with Bro. Don Vaughn officiating.
