Ray R. Doncer, 90, of Sherwood, formerly of Evergreen Park, Illinois, passed away Monday, July 16, 2007. He is retired from Northrop Grumman Corporation and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mr. Doncer was a World War II Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion Post #0001.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda (Kuczera) Doncer; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. Richard and Rebecca Doncer of North Little Rock, Roger and Dana Doncer of Castle Rock, Colorado; four grandchildren, Lauren Doncer of Fayetteville, Phillip Doncer of Little Rock, Zachary Doncer and Ethan Doncer both of Castle Rock, Colorado.
Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans
2200 Ft. Roots Drive Building 65, Room 121, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
