Ray Howard Snyder, 54, of Hensley, Arkansas, passed away February 2, 2012. He was employed at Entergy Corporation for 31 years.
Ray was preceded in death by his father, Jack Snyder and brothers, Larry Snyder and Paul Snyder. He is survived by his daughter, RayAnne Snyder Padgett (Jeff) of Hot Springs, currently residing in Dededo, Guam; two granddaughters, Chloe and Bayleigh; mother, Alice Snyder of Hazen; brothers, Jack Snyder (Nina) of Lonoke and Terry Snyder of New Orleans, Louisiana; sisters, Nancy Karels (Larry) of Monticello, Iowa, Sherry Heffner (Tommy) of Cabot, Mary Reisz (Joe) of Lonoke and Martha Adams (Rich) of Little Rock; nieces, Becky Woods of Aberdeen, Jennifer Wheeler, Kimberly Snyder, Tanya Adams and Cynthia Adams, all of Little Rock; nephew, Joey Reisz of Little Rock; and a host of other family members and friends.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 6 at Redfield United Pentecostal Church at 515 Sheridan Road, officiated by Reverend Dennis Anderson and Reverend Phillip Hedden. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 5 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (northwest corner of I-630 and Barrow Road).
