Raymond H. Hill

Raymond H. Hill age 83, of Alpine, passed away Monday, April 25. 2022 in Hot Springs. He was born April 21, 1939, in Alpine to James and Connie Rinkle Hill. Raymond was a member of Chalybeate Valley Baptist Church and a retired timberman.

He loved to play the guitar, sing, and enjoyed doing woodwork.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Kirk Hill, James Hill, and Johnny Hill and one sister, Lou Smith.

Survivors are his wife of sixty-two years, Rose Marie Saffell Hill; one sister, Jo Ann Wade of Bismarck; one brother, Donnie Paul Hill of Amity; three sisters-in-law, Bonnie Thomason of Hot Springs, Betty Hill of Friendship and Kathy Hill of Gurdon; several nieces and nephews.

Service will be 2:00 PM Friday, April 29^th at Alpine Cemetery Chapel with Bro. Melvin Markham officiating. Burial will follow at Alpine Cemetery. No formal visitation will be held.
