Raymond "Ray" Quint Sawyer, 73, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016. He was born January 19, 1943 in Norfolk, Virginia to Quint and Elizabeth Sawyer. Ray was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed restoring old Ford trucks, auto racing and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lloyd Sawyer; and sister-in-law, Jeanne Sawyer. He is survived by his bride of 22 years, Deanna Farmer Sawyer; his sons, Bill Sawyer and Ray Sawyer; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers, William Sawyer and Philip Sawyer (Marie); and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of choice.
A visitation will be held 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 24 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
