Rebecca Lynn Ables, 56, of Paron, Arkansas, passed away August 30, 2013. Born in Somerset, Kentucky to the late Joe and Barbara Elaine (Scoville) Harper, she was a veteran of the United States Marines. Becky was a caregiver of special needs children.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Ables; children, Gabe Slade (Jessica) of Johnson City, Tennessee, Salina Smith (Blake) and Amanda Ables, both of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Jason Ables (Jamie) and Jeremy Ables (Sarah), both of North Little Rock, Arkansas; brother, Joe Harper, Jr. (Becky) of Somerset, Kentucky; sister, Letitia Ducas (Chris) of Lexington, Kentucky; grandchildren, Carter Ables, Margo Ables, Trey Ables, Hudson Ables and Ella Ables; nephews, Wells Ducas, Ike Ducas, Pierce Ducas and Robby Burgin (Heather); great-nephew, Leif Burgin; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was well-loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
The Family will be accepting guests for a Celebration of Her Life from 12:00 noon - 2:00pm on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Paron Elementary School Cafeteria, Paron, Arkansas. Everyone is welcome to attend.
