Rebecca Dawn Steier

Rebecca Dawn Steier, 63, of Bismarck, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024, at her home.

She was born December 16, 1960, to Sherman Loy and Meathol Holt Loy.

Rebecca worked as a clerk for The Garland County Health Department.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, and she was an avid reader.  She also enjoyed watching The Andy Griffith Show and true crime stories.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Peggy Allen.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of forty-four years, Paul Steier of Bismarck; her son, Brandon Steier of Bismarck; her daughter, Lauren Steier of Bismarck; her nephew, Scotty (Jennifer) Allen of Magnet Cove, Arkansas; her niece, Rhonda Jacobs of Hot Springs, Arkansas and her grandson, Reid Price of Bismarck.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Ruggles Wilcox Chapel in Arkadelphia, Arkansas from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

Rebecca’s funeral service will be held Friday, January 26, 2024, at Ruggles Wilcox Chapel at 2:00 p.m.

Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Bismarck.
