Reggie Jones

Reggie Jones, age 63, of Hot Springs, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

He was born on February 17, 1963 in Hot Springs. Reggie was the son of Inell Leon Jones and Greta Sue Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Reggie was a Christian in his faith. He owned and operated Reggie Jones Chevrolet for many years and served Glenwood as Mayor. He enjoyed cooking and serving different organizations. Most of all, he loved his family and was very fond of his cat, Walter. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He is survived by his two children and their spouses, Josh and Jayla Jones of Nashville and Jordan and Blake Pennington of Pea Ridge; his three grandchildren, Jastin, Jaylee, and Scotlynn; his brother, Randy Jones of Glenwood; his sister, Trina Jones of Cabot; his niece, Courtney Burton of Cabot; and many extended family members and a host of wonderful, friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel- Glenwood.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel- Glenwood with Bro. Gerald Palmer and Bro. Andrew Coe officiating. 

Interment will be held at Mount Tabor Cemetery.
