Reverend Fawcett

Rev. Carl E. Fawcett, 81, of Austin, Arkansas, graduated to glory on Good Friday, April 22, 2011. He was a retired Baptist minister. He pastored churches for many years in Mississippi and Arkansas, and retired as Director of Missions of Arkansas Valley Baptist Association.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-eight years, Barbara Fawcett; his children, Stephen Fawcett and wife Susan of Texarkana, Texas, Michele Fawcett Dodson and husband Reggie of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Mark Fawcett and wife Mitzi of Greenville, Texas; nine grandchildren, Kayla Howard and husband Seth, Daniel Fawcett and wife Lacy, Andrew Fawcett, Nat Dodson and wife Randi, Nichole Dodson, Zac, Josh, Ben and Jessi Fawcett; four great-grandchildren, Halle, Timothy, K.P. and Brady; one brother, James Roy and wife Bernice of Ward; and sister-in-law Wanda Rothwell of Fordyce.

The family would like to express their appreciation to White County Medical Center staff and Hospice Home Care for all their care and compassion shown to the Fawcett family.
