Richard “Bo” Gollon, age 73, of Hot Springs, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021.
Bo was born on November 2, 1947, in Stuttgart, the son of Edward Gollon and Martha Prislovsky Gollon. On August 16, 1970, he married Connie Meins. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Jeff Gollon.
Bo was of the Catholic faith and a United States Army Veteran. He was an avid outdoors man who loved to fish and hunt. He was a banker for 40 years working for 1st American National Bank, Arkansas Bank & Trust, and Regions. Bo loved to golf and the Razorbacks was his team. He loved cooking out with his family often and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Connie Gollon of Hot Springs; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Brandon and Stephany Gollon of Glenwood and Michael Gollon of Bismarck; his daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Chris Collier of Hot Springs; four grandchildren, Jasmine Collier, Jordan Collier, Jadyn Collier and Trudy Gollon; five great-grandchildren, Ariana, Khyrie, Jordan, Jenuhsis and Jasper; one brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Marceline Gollon of Hot Springs; nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 22, 2021, with Harry Crabtree officiating in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.
Interment will be in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM, prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Golden, David Prislovsky, Billy Prislovsky, Phil Prislovsky, Tony Prislovsky, Gary Prislovsky, Ray Murphy and Kenny Murphy.
