Richard "Dick" Bumgardner, 62 of Little Rock, passed away December 18, 2014 in Little Rock. He was born on May 24, 1952 in Tucumcari, New Mexico; he was the son of Charles and Syble Bumgardner.
Richard was self-employed for over 20 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by brother Mike Bumgardner (Donna); nephew Blake Bumgardner; niece Jessica Walker (Greg); great-nephew Keegan Walker.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to United Celebral Palsey of Arkansas, and Humane Society of Pulaski County.
