Richard John “Nick” Nicolo, Jr.

March 15, 1955 – May 14, 2025

Nick was preceded in death by his parents, Richard John Nicolo, Sr and Marion Faye Burns Nicolo. He is survived by his wife Bennie Nicolo, son Matthew Nicolo, sister Tammy Nicolo, niece Nicki Nicolo, stepmother Donna Generazzo Nicolo and stepbrother Joel (Kim) Nicolo along with a host of relatives and friends. Nick loved his pets and will be missed by his pugs Olivia and Max and cat, Brownie. A long-time resident of North Little Rock, he grew up in Bossier City, La. He played football and graduated from Airline High School and attended La. Tech in Ruston. He was a routeman for Wonder Bread and Bimbo for over 40 years. Nick loved sports and was a lifelong Razorback and Houston Astros fan. He was an outgoing, friendly, selfless person who never met a stranger. Nick could make anyone laugh with his funny antics and sarcastic quips. He was deeply loved and will be missed by many. Thank you to the doctors at Baptist Med Center and a special thanks to the ICU South nurses and staff – their kindness and professional compassionate care will always be remembered and greatly appreciated. The family would also like to thank Baptist Chaplain Josh Brown for his prayers and support at Nick’s bedside.

In honor of Nick’s wishes there will be no funeral services.
