Richard Emile Spugnardi, 77, of Benton, Arkansas passed away March 5, 2017 at Mt. Carmel Assisted Living Facility. He was born January 30, 1940 in Lewiston, Maine to the late Antonio and Mary Simone-Spugnardi. Richard served in the United States Marines. He was a professor.
