Richard Franklin White, 92, a 43 year resident of North Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Leo B. and Bessie A. Owings White. Mr. White was a member of the Living Church of God and a World War II veteran.
He was married for 36 years to life-long North Little Rock resident, Madine Brejot White who died in 2006. He is survived by his only child, Margaret W. Shallberg, of Lehigh Acres, Florida.
Committal of ashes will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
