Rickey Eugene Weaver, 69, of Sherwood Arkansas passed away, Thursday, October 9, 2025 at home with his loving wife of almost 40 years by his side. He was born July 17, 1956 in Little Rock Arkansas to Floyd John Weaver, Jr. and Mary Lucille Mashburn Weaver.

Rick graduated from Central High School in Little Rock and spent his career in Law Enforcement with Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, retiring at rank of sergeant.

His mother and father preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Weaver, and a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sylvan Hills Church of Christ, 117 W. Maryland Ave., Sherwood AR 72120 or UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, 449 Jack Stephens Dr., Little Rock AR 72205.

Visitation will take place Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Smith Sherwood Funeral Home located at 7700 Hwy 107, Sherwood, AR 72120.

A graveside service will take place Friday, October 17, 2025, at Stewart Walkerville Cemetery in Emerson, Arkansas.
