Ricky Lee Price, 61, of Mcrae, Arkansas, passed away at his home surrounded by loved ones on the land he cherished on May 18, 2025. Born on April 29, 1964, at Dr. Porter Rodgers Hospital in Searcy, Ricky lived a life rooted in love, hard work, and unwavering faith.

Ricky was a man defined by kindness, generosity, and strength. In his early twenties, he opened his heart and home to three young girls, raising them as his own. Later down the road he raised and adopted his first granddaughter. He built a life of devotion—first to his family, then to his work—spending many years in construction and eventually taking over his father’s successful concrete business. He was known for his work ethic, his open arms, and his unmatched ability to make anyone feel at home.

He found joy in life’s simple pleasures: sitting on the porch, surrounded by loved ones, playing a good game of dominos, and listening to country music or watching an old western. His meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were a ritual of love, and his door was always open with a hot, home-cooked meal waiting for anyone in need.

Ricky was a fiercely loving man—emotional and tender, yet unafraid to show tough love when needed. His devotion to his wife, Janet, was evident in every action, and he cared for her with everything he had until her passing. Above all, Ricky had a deep and enduring love for God, which guided him in all he did.

He is survived by his daughters: Paula Brittain, Stacy Worthey, Sandy Morgan, and Tristan Worthey, who was raised as his own beloved daughter. His legacy continues through his 11 grandchildren—Tristan, Trent, Braylan, Jessalynn, Jazmine, Jade, Jordan, Carmen, Piper, Reilynn, and Talon—and his great-grandchildren: Logan, Brynleigh, Raelynn, Stetson, Paisley, Kace, and Waylon (on the way).

Ricky is also survived by his sisters: Dr. Belinda Price Shook and Dr. Rebecca Price Cook. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Edward Price, and his beloved wife, Janet Price. He was the cherished son of the late James Edward Price and Laura Mason Price, and grandson of Bruce & Bessie Price and Luther & Pairlee Mason.

Ricky’s home was more than a place—it was a sanctuary of love, laughter, and the values he held dear. He leaves behind a legacy of generosity, strength, and a heart that touched countless lives. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
