Rita Gayle Sipe, 62, of El Paso, Arkansas died January 27, 2018. She is survived by her husband Bro. Mike Sipe, son Jeremy of El Paso, daughter Renada and husband John Payne of Ward, five grandchildren, Kaylee Sipe, Conner Sipe, Jonathon Payne, Elizabeth Payne and Victoria Payne, her parents Tommy and Helen Waymack of Cabot and brother Randy Waymack of Cabot.
