Robert "Bobby" Harding Graves

Robert “Bobby” Harding Graves went peacefully in his sleep to his heavenly home on Monday, February 12, 2024. He was born on April 9, 1965. His parents were John F. Graves Sr. and Shirley Graves. He graduated from Robinson High School in 1984.

Left to cherish his memory are his 2 brothers and 3 sisters, John F. Graves Jr. (Kay), Cindy Gann (Mike), Tina Faulkner (Chuck), Russell Graves, and Mary Graves. Also, he has 4 nieces and 2 nephews, Christy Eagon (RJ), Candace Robertson (Paul), Stephanie Wilbur (Daniel), Cara Neal (Jon), Justin Burgess (Meredith), and Chance Hunter. Also, 4 great nieces and 8 great nephews, Laura Eagon, Emma Ellington, Aubrey McCray, Jules Neal, Colton Faulkner, Parker Ellington, Wyatt McCray, Cameron Eagon, Barrett McCray, Judd Neal, Whit McCray, and Holt Robertson.  He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Shirley Graves and brother Donald “Don” Graves.

Bobby was a very active member and loved the Lord at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church for many years. He was employed at Arkansas 4-H Center from 1982-2012 with 30 years of service.

Bobby was a wonderful brother who idolized his brothers and sisters and lived life through and along side their families. He was a loving uncle that always listened and doated over his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed bragging on them all and celebrating with them as they grew and started families of their own. Bobby was a friend to countless people and he always enjoyed visiting his friends and families with his “pop in” visits to their homes. Bobby never met a stranger and never once had negative words to say. He had challenges all his life but he never let one of them slow him down or keep him from having big dreams. Bobby’s passion for life, family and trucks always put a smile on his face which in turn was contagious for us all. He will be missed by all his family and friends but he taught us all to be compassionate and see the best in everyone in all situations, even when life becomes hard. His family thanks him for all he taught us, always being himself, and adding such a wonderful love and devotion to our family. We all find comfort in knowing our sweet Bobby is at peace with his mom and dad, enjoying that Ford F350 dually in heaven, watching over us all.

The visitation will be held at 10am Monday, February 19, 2024 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Little Rock, followed by funeral service at 11am. Burial will take place at Natural Steps Cemetery at Hwy 300 and Maple Ave.
