Robert Davis
Robert Davis, Sr., 83, of Jacksonville passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019. He was born February 14, 1935 to the late Yomer and Oller Mae Davis. He was a member of Apostolic Church in North Little Rock and retired from ABF Trucking Company after 30 years.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Margie Box Davis; sons, Robert “Bobby” Davis, Jr. (Nancy) and Bradley Davis (Pamela Campbell); daughters, Gina Davis, Pam Davis, and Tammy Davis; brother, Tony Davis (Betty); three grandchildren, Nicole Davis, Adam Davis and Hannah Davis; special grandchildren: Morgan and Lucas Golde;, great-grandchildren Krista Davis,and Victoria Cornish and one great-great-grandchild, Kennedhi Sioux. He was preceded in death by his son, Brent Allen Davis; and siblings: Vernon Davis, Richard Davis, Macel Posey and Toby Davis.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 28, 2019 with a visitation prior to service at 1:00 p.m., at Apostolic Church. Burial will be in Gravel Ridge Cemetery.
