Robert Swinton Loftin of Hot Springs died Sunday January 28, 2018. He was born January 29, 1954 the son of John K. and Lorna J. Swinton Loftin in Orlando, FL.
Survivors include one son, David Loftin; one Brother, John K. Loftin Jr. and a sister Sharon Nash.
A memorial services for Robert will be 2:00 pm February 10, 2018 at Bismarck United Methodist Church with Debby Perry officiating.
