Robert Stephen McKinney age 74, of Arkadelphia, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022. He was born March 5, 1948 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Raymond Otis and Vivian Lorene Riggs McKinney. He was a graduate of Henderson State University and was involved in Maintenance.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Menona “Nona Beth” Gilmore and one brother, Stanley McKinney.
