Robert "Big Red" Lewis Schweitzer age 53 of Friendship died Sunday, September 13, 2009 as the result of injuries from an auto accident. He was born June 24, 1956, the son of the late James Leo and Donna Lee Smith Schweitzer. He was an employee for Anthony Timberlands Co. for over thirty years, an avid hunter, fisherman and poker player.
Survivors include one brother, Kenneth Schweitzer of Las Vegas, Nevada; one son, Jeremy Osborne of Hot Springs, AR; two daughters, Dawn Ruiz of Houston, TX; Marie Sorrell of Hot Springs, AR; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, September 18, 2009 at DeLamar Cemetery at Manning by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. The family will be at 55 Wood St. in Friendship.
