Robert Shamroy

Robert Stephen Shamroy, 64, passed away in Little Rock on Saturday, March 4, 2006. He was born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, the son of Daniel and Ruth White Shamroy. A graduate of Cornell University, he worked for Proctor & Gamble as a mechanical engineer for 28 years until his retirement in 1993. Steve was a sports fan and a vintage car and model airplane enthusiast. He was also a Silver Life Master of the American Contract Bridge League. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Jerilyn Andrus Shamroy; two sisters, Eleanor Perry and Esther Briddell and her husband, John; five nephews and one niece.
Services are pending in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy, 4301 W.
