It is with deepest sorrow to announce the passing of Robert W. Snuffer, born in Maben, WV on December 11, 1939. Robert was known as "Snuffy", a Tool & Die Maker who owned his own shop Southwest Precision Tool, Inc. for over 30 years. He was a beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.
