Ronald Edward Burnett, Sr., age 66 of Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2009. He was retired from the State of Arkansas after 30 years with the Department of Labor and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Karen Kegeles Burnett; daughter, Wendy Healy (Floyd) of Maumelle; son, Ronald Burnett, Jr. (Holli) of Bryant; grandchildren, Jared, Ethan, Emma and Sydney Burnett and Charles Healy; and David Godfrey, who Ronald cared for like a son.
Funeral Service will be at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), with Rev. Mark DeYmaz of the Mosaic Church officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in Sherwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Special Olympics of Arkansas, 2115 Main St., No. Little Rock, AR 72114.
