Ronald Goodwin

Ronald “Ron” Gene Goodwin age 74, of Antoine, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022, in Little Rock. He was born June 12, 1947, to Frank and Doris Mitchell Goodwin. Ron was a Union Sheet Metal Worker and a member of Arkansas Union Local 36. He was a U. S. Army veteran.

Ron loved to hunt, fish and work on metal. He enjoyed visiting with people.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter, Skylar Goodwin and a grandson, Taylor Pate.

Survivors are his wife of forty-eight years, Kathy Goodwin; his children, Angie Piggee of Arkadelphia, Lee Goodwin (Amanda) and Jullie Pate (Chris) both of Delight; a step-daughter, Carrie Argo of Delight; ten grandchildren, Dakota Goodwin, Gracie Goodwin, Baylee Piggee, Jayden Piggee, Robby Hathcoat, Kathryn Marsh, Robbie Argo, Ashley Pipkins, Monica, Anna, and Payten Argo (Pate); seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Chris Goodwin of Murfreesboro; two sisters, Patricia Ballard (Lonnie) of Murfreesboro and Kaye O’Neal of Hot Springs.

Visitation will be 4-6 PM Sunday, May 1^st at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.

Service will be 2:00 PM Monday, May 2^nd at Crossroads Assembly of God near Delight with Rev. Vincent Henry officiating. Burial will follow at Antoine Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Chris Pate, Dakota Goodwin, Chris Goodwin, Cory Ballard, Charles Pasters and Robbie Argo.
