Listen to Obituary

Ronald Wayne Headington, a beloved husband, father, son, and grandfather, passed away on September 23, 2025, in Benton, Arkansas. Born on December 28, 1957, Ronald led a life dedicated to family, work, and the simple joys of life.

He spent the majority of his career at Dimac Manufacturing Company, where he was known for his dedication and craftsmanship as a machinist. Following the closure of the company he transitioned to an outside salesman for Lewis Lumber Company until his well-deserved retirement in 2016. His work ethic and commitment to his profession were evident throughout his long career.

Outside of work, Ronald was known for his adventurous spirit. He cherished motorcycle rides and enjoyed spending time hunting, but perhaps one of his most treasured pastimes was spending time at the lake. These outings held a special place in his heart, serving as a backdrop for memories with loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Headington; his daughter, Meghan High (William); his son, Zack Headington (Bre); and his five beloved grandchildren, Owen, Lainey, Hayden, Ayden, and Keeley. He is also remembered by many other family members who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Delores Headington; his sister, Robbin Fulmore; and his niece and nephew, Michael and Kristi Fulmore. Their memories will always remain close to his family’s heart.
