Ronald J. Cook

Ronald J. Cook, age 62, of Norman, died, Friday, December 31, 2010. He was born on August 14, 1948 at Huttig, Arkansas. Survivors include his wife, Easter Cook of Norman; his father, Grady H. Cook of Norman; his mother and step-father, Faye and Junior Nottingham of Amity; three sons, Ron Cook, Jr. and Eugene Cook both of Washington state, and Benjamin Cook of Glenwood; four daughters, Sherry McArthur of Black Springs, Dolly Tourney of Mount Ida, Jackie Fox of Norman and Kathy Jean Cook of Washington state; one brother and sister-in-law, Ted and Beverly Cook of Alpine; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Beneta and Al Stenerodden of Black Springs, Deborah and Frank Gregorio and Vicki Cook all of Corning, California; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Sam Cook. After working hard all his life, he is finally at peace. Cremation arrangements are by Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
