Ronald Michael Reed

Ronald Michael Reed, age 76, of Glenwood, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024, surrounded by friends and family.

He was born on May 1, 1948 in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of Lawrence Reed and Veronica Theresa Karzenosky Reed. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, and some siblings.

He was a member of Hot Springs Seventh Day Adventist church. On August 31, 2001, Mike married the love of his life, Carolyn. They were best friends and through the many years together they stayed 'kids at heart.' He worked as an industrial and residential painter. He loved reading his Bible and spending time with his family and friends. Mike was a loving brother, husband, stepfather, and "Poppy" and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

The family would like express their gratitude to Danny Dougan and the staff of Oak Park Village Assistant Living in Glenwood for the excellent care they provided Mike.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home- Glenwood.
