Ronald Jay Wallace "Paps," 75, peacefully left this life when the Lord
came for him on Sunday, February 17, 2013. His family is at peace that
he is now at rest in the arms of his Savior. He, along with his twin
brother, Donald Ray Wallace were born February 11, 1938 to Jeffrey
Wallace and Jewel Eichler Wallace in Tichnor, Arkansas. He originally
started as a Parts Manager at Wilkerson Diesel. Also, he worked at
Hugg Equipment Co. for 5 years. Self-employed for 17 years at Wallace
Used Equipment & Parts until his sickness progressed. He was a
faithful member of Grace Church of the Nazarene for about 40 years,
where he enjoyed worship with family and friends for as long as he was
able to attend. He loved working at the church and spent a great deal
of time there. He was church treasurer for 25 years. He loved God, his
church and his family. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed the outdoors
and especially deer hunting with his grandsons and others in Nady,
Arkansas.

Survived by his wife of 55 years Mary Lou Sandage Wallace. Three
daughters, Rhonda (Roy) Edwards of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Terri
Hobson of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Kim Pierce of Jacksonville,
Arkansas. Four grandchildren, Brad (Katy) Edwards of San Antonio,
Texas, Brandi "Chelle" (Stacy) Staton of Jacksonville, Arkansas,
Brittany (Cody) Chancellor of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Tyler
Pierce of Jacksonville, Arkansas and his girlfriend, Brooke Hoffman of
Sherwood, Arkansas. Four great grandchildren: Natalie, Kristen,
Christopher and Daniel Edwards.

Preceded in death by his parents, his older brother, Jeff Wallace,
Jr., older sister, Norma Fowler and baby sister, Linda Wallace.
Survived by sisters: Velma Jean (James) Williams of Nady, Arkansas,
Earla Catherine Hayes of Dewitt, Arkansas, Betty Fay (Dale) Houghton
of Spring, Texas, Brothers: Charles H. (Betty) Wallace of Tichnor,
Arkansas, Donald Ray (Linda) Wallace of Nady, Arkansas, Billy Clay
(Marla) Wallace of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Benny (Fay) Wallace of
Nady, Arkansas; and a very special nephew Larry Lee Wallace of Nady,
Arkansas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at Grace Church of the Nazarene, 3923
Camp Robinson , North Little Rock, Arkansas on Wednesday, February 20,
2013 at 2:00 p.m.. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park
Cemetery in North Little Rock and a memorial headstone will be placed
in his memory at the Wallace-Menard Cemetery in Nady, Arkansas.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February
19, 2013 at Huson Funeral Home at 7700 Hwy 107, Sherwood, Arkansas
72120.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gideon's International
for Bibles to be placed in his memory, Alzheimer's Association, 1202
Main St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72202 and Arkansas Hospice. Very
special thanks to Barbara and Victoria of Arkansas Hospice, for their
loving care and friendship.
