Rose Carr
Rose Marie Carr, 87, of North Little Rock went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. She was born October 18, 1929 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Earnest and Minnie Shelton. She was a member of Amboy Methodist Church in North Little Rock and a lifelong Arkansas Razorback fan.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Guy Elliott Carr, Sr.; daughters, Sharon Adams and Mary Louise Wickliffe (Joe); son, Carroll Louis Sullivan Jr. (Brenda); daughter, Susan Kitchens (Darrel); stepchildren, Carol Weaver (Doug) and Guy E. Carr, Jr. (Susan); eighteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Sullivan and six siblings.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 14 Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2017 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 East Maryland, North Little Rock. The family will receive friends from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street.
