She is survived by her brother Jim McDaniel (Oregon), sister Wilma Lane (Oregon), Ruth Kuntz (Colorado), Joy Christensen (Washington), David Cook (Conway, Arkansas), Glenna Colleen Cook Smith (Conway, Arkansas), Kevin Cook (Conway, Arkansas), Tammy Cates (Arkansas) , daughter in law Kathy Byrd, friend Jerry Heffington, best friends Andrea Love and Connie McCoy (Arkansas).
Ms. Cook was preceded in death by her parents Roland and Effie McDaniel (Ione, California), Brother Thomas McDaniel (Delawere), Brother Wayne McDaniel (Ione, California). Husband Glen Cook (Conway, Arkansas). Pallbearers Jerry Heffington, Jerry Dale Heffington, Gene Martin and Larry Earnhart
Graveside services to be held at Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at McBee Cemetery, Des Arc, Arkansas.
