Ruby Laverne Cooper, 94, of Little Rock, passed away December 3, 2019. Preceded in death by her parents, Vester and Ethel Loper Douglas, and her husband, Robert Mack Cooper, she is survived by her daughter, Deb Potter (Don) and her granddaughter, Rebecca Rowland, all of Sherwood.
