Ruby McDonald Johnson of Little Rock passed away Friday, February 8, 2006. She retired from Westinghouse ? Phillips Lighting
Company after 38 ? years. She was also a charter member of New Life Baptist Church in Saline County, Arkansas.
Ruby is survived by her husband, Richard Johnson of Little Rock; two sons, Rick Johnson (Amy) of Mount Sterling, Kentucky and John Johnson ( Janna) of Houston, Texas; one daughter, Becky Hart (George) of Collierville, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Lauren Thornton (Matt) of Flowood, Mississippi, Savannah and Colton Johnson of Houston, Texas, Taylor and Caleb Johnson of Mount Sterling, Kentucky; three brothers, Felix McDonald, Quitman McDonald and Robert McDonald; two sisters, Betty Fowler and Lucy McCarley.
She was preceded in death by one brother and four sisters.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Martindale Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Monday at North Little Rock, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
