Ruby A. Rogers Riley age 85 of Arkadelphia died Saturday, April 27, 2013. She was born July 15, 1927 in Sparkman, AR the daughter of James and Dora Strube Rogers. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Riley, four sons, Issac, Charles, Harvey and James Riley, and fourteen brothers and sisters.
Survivors include four sons, Edgar Rogers, Jimmy and Joe Riley all of Arkadelphia, and George Riley of Bismarck, three daughters, Orpha Sanders of Caney and Vivirene Karr and Rebecca McJunkins both of Arkadelphia, one brother, Ruben Rogers of California, 39 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday, April 30 in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Brother Mel Vail officiating. Burial will be in the Easley Cemetery near Gurdon. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be to the American Cancer Society.
