Ruby McCain Taylor, 88, went to be with the Lord March 3, 2013. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-eight years, Robert Taylor.
She is survived by one son, Carlton (Kathy) Taylor of Searcy; two daughters, Karen (Tom) Staggs of Pangburn and Geneva (Mike) Powell of Rifle, Colorado; six grandchildren, Leigh Anne (Mike) Hawthorne, Chris (Bobbi) Taylor, Stephanie (Bo) Glover, Scott (Rachel) Smith, Melissa (Steve) Posilovich, and Matthew (Kelly) Powell; eleven great-grandchildren, Andrew Hawthorne, Madison and Ryan Taylor, Jessie Glover, Emily, Audrey-Mae, Ruby and Lucy Smith, Nikolas and Ava Posilovich and Ginny Lynn Powell; and a host of family and friends.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Westbrook, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
