Ruth Loretta Comford, 84, of Hot Springs Village passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2007. She was born June 29, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to Edward Elsworth and Loretta Grace (Hagen) Barclay. Mrs. Comford was a retired secretary and a member of Barcelona Road Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, James J. Comford; son, Curtis Alan Comford and wife, Vicki, of North Platte, Nebraska; four grandsons, John Comford of North Little Rock, Jody Comford of Lady?s Island, South Carolina, Brent and Jason Comford of North Little Rock; four great-grandchildren, John Jr., Madison, Caroline and Colton Comford.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 909 West 2nd Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday in Arkansas Memorial Gardens, North Little Rock, Arkansas. There will be an open visitation held at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
